Nice place, lots of great staff but a handful of staff there that don't understand the patient/clients and always ready to throw the clients into the system,,, like I said the majority is nice and helpful,,,,,also lots of turnaround of staffs

All my services are in one place. For the most part the staff is friendly, understanding and helpful. Just keep in mind, although the pharnacy, medical and counseling are under one roof ... they are separate entities ... and you will find that you have to repeatedly update and correct information at each source. It may take abit before each entity has all your info up to date and correct in their individual systems.

Very caring. Strict tardy program. Have a club house. Have multiple restrooms. Have a public telephone. Onsite pharmacy with delivery. Burger king across the street. GAS station next door. Manchester superior court across the street.

Staff doesn't answer the phone,it rings & rings.Called Enfield office to get the person's name to make a complaint.The Enfield office answered on the 2nd ring.What if the caller needed some help & didn't know what to do or who to call?Apparently they could care less.BTW-i'm calling for info today & they probably won't answer that call! I'll bet top money on that.Need a change in staff.People who care & do the job they were hired to do
